Thought I would give this company a go, as they had cheap frames. I assumed that the bad reviews were from a minority of customers. Placed order a few weeks ago, with no confirmation or acknowledgement of the order. I was also unable to pay directly on the website, and had to use PayPal - it stated that a payment link would be sent to the email which was also sent two days later.Additionally, customer service is non-existent. I called and emailed for updates, which did not get through to anyone. Overall, do not buy from here, it's not worth your time as they act like the order doesn't even existThey replied on here saying the order was cancelled, even though no refund was sent (I had to request manually from PayPal) and they didn’t even reply to my original email asking for cancellation. Pathetic
