Ordered early Jan, only received 5th March, took numerous emails and a call chasing the order. The first emails always answered promptly, but only with generic please be patient we will investigate type responses, then nothing, I would contact again, then same again and repeat. Finally an apology, frames requested are out of stock, choose another frame. Eventually glasses arrive 2 months after original order. They are functional but not what was originally requested.
