They arrived defective, so I contacted Online Opticians, who sent me a return form, I also explained that I wanted a refund.Glasses were returned with the completed form. Over six months later Online Opticians have still not refunded me, or returned my many calls and emails. Possibly the worst service I have ever received. Do not use this company!
