The WORST experience I have EVER had with a company. I ordered reglazing with what was sold as Transitions Gen S lenses.They took ages to arrive and I kept having to chase but when they did after anbout a month. However they hardly went dark at all - which was one of the main selling points of Gen S and why I wanted them specifically - so I thought they maybe weren't the real deal. I tried contacting them by email and phone with no reply, I then reached out again under their supposed 12 month warranty when I noticed they were actually getting worse (hardly going dark at all) so I was still seeking confirmation I did in fact have Transitions Gen S in the first place and the owner was so rude, defensive and completely GASLIT me saying “I have no idea what lenses you must have had without looking they could have been anything” I said you had a page on the website all about Transitions Gen S and you confirmed by phone before I placed the order.I then followed up with an email, no reply of course and rang and he just GASLIT me again saying that Transitions Gen S web page never existed until a few weeks ago so it wouldn’t have been them.Well it did and web.archive proves it all the way back to 2nd January 2025, very ironically the day I placed my order! Reviews don’t allow links but if you search their website url with transitions-gen-s-lenses-i347 on the end you’ll see the proof. So your gaslighting doesn’t work mate. Looking at other peoples reviews sadly I do not have a unique experience. Do not trust this company / one-man-shoddy-band.
