I sent some frames to be reglazed. This process was not exactly quick in itself. Then they sent me back the wrong glasses. It was hard to see how this had happened given that they ask for an extensive description when you send them in.
I immediately emailed to tell them, on 17th Feb and pretty soon got an email response which made me hopeful it would all be resolved. How ever as time has gone on communication has got slower to non-existant. No reply at all since 3rd March.
They have sent me an envelope to return the wrong frames but I have not done so as they have not given me a satisfactory response about where mine are.
I have suggested they admit they are lost and provided an option for them to give me some free frames of my choice, but still no response. I have now asked for my money back and compensation for the lost frames.
There is no response by phone and no complaints process.
It seems like when things go wrong with this company they go very wrong and customer service is pretty much non-existant, with reviews on Trustpilot getting a quicker response!
