Absolutely terrible state of 2 plants I ordered through Lowes. Two Red Twig Dogwood Accent Shrubs had 12-15 dead/dry leaves in the box. The plants were crammed into a small box and shipped on their sides. They were wrapped in cellophane and there wasn't a drop of condensation. The soil/peat mix was bone-dry. Shameful!!!
