Bought a number of trees and hedges. The hedges were all in great shape. Though, very strangely, have not grown at all in a year now. But they haven't died either.

On the other hand, the trees were in bad shape the moment they arrived and were entirely dead within a week. I'd emailed multiple times up to a year later and no reply, even having tried multiple methods.

So they're not quite a scam, but about as close as one can get without being one. But do yourself a favor and just steer clear.

2/4/26 Ordered mult-grafted Jubilee fruit trees directly from Onlineorchards.com and was surprised at the mature size, exceptional packaging and quick shipping during the brutal winter. The trees were in 4 foot boxes and the bare roots were wrapped in Straw, then plastic and finally in burlap. Very professional packaging. What amazed me was that the trees are large not the typical twigs you see at other online stores. I put them in water for a few hours and planted them since I live in Northern Florida the cold spell just ended yesterday and the trees arrived today.

I ordered 17 fruit trees on July 22 for $738 and ALL were either dead or diseased

I ordered 17 fruit trees on July 22, 2025 and ALL of them were either diseased with black leave, or outright dead. I emailed them for living/healthy replacements and received no response. Their website has no phone number listed for contacting them. I sent an additional 4 emails to them and received no response. This cost me $738 dollars and I was forced to contact my credit card company for a refund. My credit card company initiated a temporary refund while it was investigated, and after waiting patiently for 3 weeks, I finally received a permanent refund on November 7, 2025. Not only was this frustrating and disappointing, but I lost an entire year's growing season dealing with these scammers. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS. I RECOMMEND PAYING MORE FROM A LOCAL NURSERY.

Don't waste your money.

I ordered a Lapins Cherry Tree - 2 years old and 3-4 feet tall, but instead of a tree with roots, I got just a stick stuck into a pot of soil. I wrote three emails to all the addresses listed on the website, but never received a response.

MIssing Item From Order, No Response!

** 11/12/25 UPDATE TO THIS REVIEW WRITTEN 10/28/25*** Online Orchards sent me a replacement for the item missing in my order, I just received and am please they have made it right! They didn't respond to my emails, but they fulfilled the order! I ordered three items from OnlineOrchards.com. This was my third order from them, the first two going well, no complaints. This time, however, I only received two of three items ordered. Upon discovering the missing item, I wrote two separate emails to them the day I received my shipment requesting they follow up on the missing item. It has been a week, and not a single reply! So disappointed!

I ordered a weeping white birch

I ordered a weeping white birch, they sent me an elm tree which I’m realizing a year after planting. It doesn’t matter how many time you try to contact them, there will be no response. Wish I read these reviews before using this company.

Warning!!

Warning!!! Do NOT Buy!! Horrible!! I bought a 4 in 1 cherry tree in May. When I received my tree, it was small and not in great shape. The top was chopped off and it immediately started to seep from every place they had cut it. Once planted, I emailed them immediately. It took over a month for them to reply to my message. At this point it was hanging on but barely! They wanted pictures which I immediately sent. They gave generic advice. The tree continued to fail! And eventually the leaves fell off completely. Nothing I did to help it worked. I continued to reach out to no avail. It took over 2 months to get a second reply! They suggested watering daily. Duh! I planted 6 other trees from other places in my yard and ALL the rest are thriving! This tree was so small and barely alive when I got it. I immediately responded to their second message and they still have not replied. My tree is now completely dead. A complete waste of money! And they do not care! Horrible customer service and company!

Received three unviable trees for $155

Ordered three trees and all three arrived in extremely poor condition. The apple twist, cherry twist, and curl-free peach all have insect damage, yellow leaves that fall off at a touch, and both the twists have two or three inches of dead leaves in their pots that are clearly moldy. I have never seen trees this pitiful. It looks like they grafted very tiny leaf clusters on an old, dead branch of something. Just abysmal. They could improve by actually sending viable trees as advertised.
