Ordered a tree showed up dead. After five days they emailed me and said they would send me another one after I sent the multiple pictures of the dead tree. They sent me a branch, and now there are refusing to refund my money for sending me a branch that was broken when it showed up. on the website it specifically says tree I did not order a graft and that’s what they’re claiming I did.
