I recently ordered three trees from online orchards. One was what I ordered, the second appeared to be dead (Im giving it another week to see if it comes to) and the third was not the variety i ordered. I emailed and asked them to resend the right one. They refused and said they would issue a refund even though the tree i ordered was still offered on their website.I received a notice that a refund was issued for $26.95. It was not and to this day has not been issued. I contacted them again and also questioned why $26.95 when the tree was $29.95. A person named Erin said they had credited the wrong tree and said she would issue a credit for $3.00 That credit was issued. I asked to be credited for partial shipping because I only received two of the three trees I ordered and they refused.They do not answer their phone at all and email responses are spotty if at all. At present I am still out the $26.95 and would like it refunded.
