This was my first time ordering from them. I ordered 2 Black Mondo grasses. They were wrapped very well in plastic wrap and successfully made the trip. Although I would have liked them in a "Live Plant" box, standing up, they made it just fine. The plants were at 8 to 9 " tall. I will order from this site again.
