The delivery was supposed to take 5 days, but when it arrived, there was a missing item and the laundry detergent was broken, soaking everything in the box. The hair dye was also damaged and unusable. The customer service offered a mere 20% refund for the hair dye and detergent, which felt inadequate. I won't be ordering again.
