The delivery took 5 days, which was acceptable, but my order of £60 arrived with a missing item and a broken laundry detergent that soaked everything in the box. The hair dye was ruined as well, and upon inspection, I found it was also broken and unusable. The support team offered a 20% refund for the hair dye and laundry detergent, which I found to be ridiculous. I will not be ordering again.

After ordering over £120 worth of items, I received an email saying it was dispatched, but tracking showed it was stuck at the depot. Despite this, the store was responsive and resent my parcel via another courier, which I received the next day. I appreciated the quick resolution!

I was sent expired hair dye, with some boxes dating back to 2018 and covered in mold. The smell was awful, and it made my hands greasy. This is a serious violation of consumer safety laws. Although I received a refund, it took a lot of time to resolve. I documented the issue and plan to report it to the relevant authorities. I advise against purchasing from this company.
