I placed an order on 11/10/25 and still haven't received it or any updates. It's been nearly two weeks, and my order is still processing. I emailed for information but received no response, making me worry it may never arrive. After some back and forth, they blamed the courier for the delay, which seems misleading. I requested a refund, but my emails are bouncing back. Thankfully, I eventually received a response and a refund from a helpful representative.
