I was sent expired hair dye, with some boxes dating back to 2018 and covered in mold. The smell was awful, and it made my hands greasy. This is a serious violation of consumer safety laws. Although I received a refund, it took a lot of time to resolve. I documented the issue and plan to report it to the relevant authorities. I advise against purchasing from this company.
