I have regularly bought bats from this company for more than 6 years and didn't face any issues. My second order got stuck due to GST but I got the proper response from Onlinestockist about the situation. As of now, I have brought 3 bats from them (2 - SG and 1 - MRG).Even a couple of my club members brought the bats from them.
Fantastic customer service. Have used Online Stockist for last 8 years and never had a problem. I’m very fussy with bats but they’ll send you photos and get exact weights if you’re happy to wait. Last order was placed on a Saturday and arrived the following Friday which is super quick.Highly recommend. Always WhatsApp them if got any questions
Second time used this company to order. Delay in delivery this time due to stock availability but they kept me informed via WhatsApp.Delivered the order exactly as requested. Can't find any fault in order. Definitely will use again in future and recommend to friends. 👍
The guy who runs this business his name is Ajith he took money from me and didn’t complete the order. Ones he got money he is not even replying to messages and emails. He is a cheater in this business field. So guys please don’t make anymore orders with this guy, careful
The worst mistake of my life is placing order on OnlineStockist. These guys are cheaters. I bought a full kit. They sent multiple cheap stuff like inferior quality bat, wrong size different brand helmet, etc. Just after getting money, they stopped picking up the calls and stop replying to messages. I've wasted my hundreds of dollars. Don't fall for the trap. They would even pick you call after getting your money. These guys are the worst. They are here only to cheat new customers.
