Really impressive!!

I ordered 2 pairs of unbranded gloves last Friday 03/08/2018 and was like many others slightly sceptical of what I was going to get, making sure I paid through paypal etc. However, I am happy to say I was completely proved wrong! I was contacted soon after placing my order checking the details were correct whether I'd want right hand or left hand etc. I expected slow delivery since it is from India however they arrived on Tuesday (07/08/2018) well packaged and both with a spare pair of inners. Only downside is that delivery is quite expensive (£12) however it was very fast considering the distance so I don't think this is too unreasonable! Quality is excellent - will definitely use again.

You will get what you ordered. Slow service!

Hello world,In short, you will get what you see (with delay).I am based in the UK and was very sceptical before making an order with onlinestockist.com mostly because of the reviews on the Internet.Overall, I have rated three stars to onlinestockist website. However, I would want to break down my ratings into five sections: Website, pre-order service, payments and postage, post-order service and product. I hope my comments would help the cricket community while making any orders with onlinestockist. --enjoy playing :)Website:The website is neat and is very nicely maintained with tons of options for each product. However, be careful about the reviews on the website. Majority of the reviews you read on the webstore are either fake or paid. For example:1. The website has got 5* reviews dated 2015 on few products launched in 2018!!! 2. There are special characters in the reviews which are mainly because the web-developer of the website was making reviews on the products. For example " " (this is used by the designers of the website to make white spaces/blank spaces)The merchant has also maintained a facebook page which is more often updated than the actual onlinestockist website. On the facebook page, you will see some products which are currently in-stock and you can ask for the same product that you see on the facebook page. Pre-order service:The customer service before making any order is great. You will have an option of contacting the merchant either via email or through WhatsApp (I hope everyone here knows WhatsApp). Before making any orders, the guy is very responsive and will even help you decide on the suitable product. You can also request few pictures of the actual product you want to buy. Payments and postage:Payments on the web-store are enabled with PayPal where you can pay with either your PayPal account or with a payment card. There is a catch which you may notice while making payments and its because you do shopping on onlinestocklist.com but on PayPal, you will see the merchant name as Zoom. PayPal may further delay processing your payment up to a week which will certainly affect the delivery times. The guy at onlinestocklist will not ship your items until the money is released from PayPal.Post-order service:In the UK we are very used to getting prompt service from the merchants on the Internet. Amazon customer service, for example, is very responsive and this may be because Amazon is a giant merchant. It will be unfair to compare Amazon with onlinestockist. However, when the customer service and response times (pre-order and post-order) are compared, the post-order responses are much delayed. The guy will sometimes make you wait for days before answering your questions after making orders. This may be because of many reasons but I am just trying to be honest with what I felt.Product:I ordered a cricket bat (unbranded). The product was as advertised. The guy was very helpful for me to decide the right product. There was a single catch, at least for me when it comes to the product. I checked Yes on oiling and knocking on the bat. The guy just did knocking and did not respond to my requests for oiling. The packing was good. As said, the delivery was promised to be within 8 days, however, because of the above mentioned reasons, the product was delivered after 17 days from the date of order.

On their web it says its a grade 2 willow...when you verify it with the QR code its a grade 3.Poor service...Never again....!!

CROOK

Sadly, bought a bat a month ago from Online stockist and after a week’s knocking in it broke in half after 15 minutes in the spinners net to use it for the first time.My last couple of emails have now been ignored by Online Stockist especially arguing that the bat sent to me was what I would call grade 3 and not grade 1. I then got in touch with the manufacturer who replied the following: “HI DEAN, RECEIVED YOUR RESPONSE TO OUR REPLY GIVEN TO ONLINE STOCKIST. IN REGARDS TO THE GRADING OF THE BAT, AS YOU HAVE MENTIONED:A grade 1 bat does not have over 5 blemishes on it, it also doesn't have less than 5 grains which are not straight and not on the back of the bat. THIS BAT MUST HAVE BEEN FURTHER GRADED AS GRADE 1 BY THE SELLER.(KINDLY GET IN TOUCH WITH ONLINE STOCKIST) IN THIS REGARDS. THANKS, TEAM ZX”I understand that not all his bats are from this manufacturer but be aware when purchasing his custom bats as unfortunately they are falsely graded.

A gamble that paid off

I found this site by chance after looking for a specific bat. Couldn't find any reviews here but found a cricket forum where quite a few posters knew the retailer personally and were raving about his service. I took a gamble as the prices were very good I ordered an SS Ton Heritage bat (last years model but who cares it's just wood and stickers), with free oiling, free knocking in, free toe guard, free edge tape/face protector AND a free grip upgrade. Price including delivery came to around £82 and delivery took less than a week (with no import tax). The bat is amazing, i couldnt be happier with it.

Avoid this company

This company sold some fake products with horrendous service. Does not except returns. All reviews on their website are placed there by themselves. They do not knock in batsThey do not oil bats. Please do not pay for fast shipping. They will happily take your money and then start making excuses why it will be delayed for months. However you will never get any kind of refund.
