The product I ordered was intercepted by Customs, and they held it for two weeks without any updates. After that, I never received any further information. The seller's website even removed my sales details, and I couldn't get in touch with them directly—only an AI help panel was available. No information was provided to me, and even the carrier has deleted all tracking details. I’m starting to think that the product I purchased never cleared Customs. Due to their complete lack of service and the retention of my payment, I have decided to close my account with the seller.
