Upon opening the chocolate, I noticed that it was broken and discolored, resembling old chocolate. I mentioned this to the representative, who requested pictures and stated they break them intentionally. They insisted I couldn't complain until I tried them. After tasting them, I can confirm they are definitely old and have lost potency. I'm extremely disappointed, as I was looking for a trustworthy company for a long-term relationship, especially since it's a small business.
