Disappointed with Delayed Delivery and Missing Items

The package arrived two days late, and the $40 mystery gift was not included. When I reached out to the support team, I was informed that the mystery gift is actually worth $20, which contradicted the checkout information. They offered to provide $40 in points as a one-time complimentary gesture, but I never received them. Upon opening the chocolate, I noticed that it was broken and discolored, resembling old chocolate. I mentioned this to the representative, who requested pictures and stated they break them intentionally. They insisted I couldn't complain until I tried them. After tasting them, I can confirm they are definitely old and have lost potency. I'm extremely disappointed, as I was looking for a trustworthy company for a long-term relationship, especially since it's a small business. Unfortunately, my experience has left me very dissatisfied. Thank you for allowing me to share my feedback.
