Terrible service

Terrible service. I bought a certain VPS, but they did not have the VPS I needed. They did not want to return the money to me, a week later they gave me another VPS, which did not suit me at all. The money for this week of downtime, for which I paid, they did not return to me and did not compensate for the amount of time. The new server did not suit me at all, because it was not the product for which I paid money. I demanded a refund, but they didn't. A month later they automatically debited me for another month. Can you imagine? I demanded to return them, since I did not buy the service that they gave me. Another month later, I have not received my money back. They scammed me for $120 and gave me a useless server that I didn't need. It's just awful. Save your nerves and money. There are many different alternative services that provide high quality service. Never use this service. Horror. And deceivers.

Slow, expensive and non supportive

Just terrible and slow support. Not helping at all. Server is already down for multiple days. Save yourself time and (especially) money, and just go somewhere else. Typical reseller.

They do not help when the customer has a problem. They do not respond and their senior Avinash also does not bother to respond the customer. Never trust their service and never trust them.

this is just a scam

this is just a scam, it is two people who are managing everything, so funny I bought VPS and they gave me details which I couldn't access to my VPS then their live chat is not answering at all, $25 gone easily and didn't log in to VPS even once.

At first we subscribed to Onliveserver…

At first we subscribed to Onliveserver located in Japan to test out our system on Nov 2019, everything's good until there's a DDOS attack hit us, causing us unable to reach our dedicated server. Submitted a ticket to them to ask for assistance but they cannot do anything to help, they can just trace the source of the IP and block it or allow a certain IP to be whitelisted first to remedy the situation. Lame technical support.On top of it, their billing really sucks, which they actually double-charged us for the server subscription for consecutive 3 months (which is till Feb 2020). We submitted ticket to ask for refund, yet they only refunded 2 months and not the 3rd month, reopened the ticket and opened live chat but there's no reply from their customer service support. Their CS support also super duper slow and no standard.Overall, DO NOT USE onliveserver! As they really have a bad customer service and technical support! You will lose much more money if you use their service!

JUNK, Support = 0They are spying on you, doing whatever they want on your servers without your knowledgeAVOID !!!They answer your ticket after 1 week LOLA lot of problems with the servers, when offline you need to wait for days to turn it back on
