The phones perform perfectly, and any small teething issues were sorted quickly by Kirstie and Saffron. All around outstanding customer service. I highly recommend your network group!

Very professional and helpful service. Kirstie responds to queries very promptly, and engineers are on call to fix any issues should they arise. We switched to Y-our Network from a previous supplier and transition was smooth and they advised us through the process.

Great customer service

Great customer service - very fast and helpful responses from Kirstie if we have any questions or issues. It feels like a very personal service. The initial set up also went much more smoothly than any of our previous switches and the few tweaks we needed were quickly implemented. The admin interface requires a bit of a learning curve but it gives me access to change lots of useful little things without waiting ages for someone else to do it (as with our previous supplier 4Com).

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐We recently moved our telecoms system and broadband over to Y-our Network Group, and from the very start they have been fantastic to deal with.The team came in, took the time to properly understand our business, and gave us a real boost in terms of both confidence and capability. They did not just replace what we had, they helped us understand how to level up our professionalism and make better use of a modern telecoms system that actually supports how we work.A special mention has to go to Will. His support has been absolutely unmatched, and he has been a huge part of how smooth and positive the whole experience has been. He is incredibly knowledgeable, always on hand when needed, and has such an easy going, approachable personality that working with him has been a genuine pleasure, to the point where we have actually become friends along the way.Everything was clearly explained, the transition was seamless, and the ongoing support has been excellent. Highly recommended.

When we opened our first office, we hadn’t really thought about the phone system, as we’d been so used to working remotely. It quickly became clear that we needed something reliable and fit for purpose and that’s when Y-our Network stepped in.From the very start, they were incredibly easy to work with. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, they made the whole process simple and stress-free. They took the time to understand what we needed and delivered a solution that works perfectly for us.They’ve made our lives so much easier, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

Dishonest, avoid at all costs

This company is completely dishonest. DO NOT TOUCH THEM!They were supposed to settle our previous contract but didn't. We had to settle it ourselves before legal action was taken against us leaving us out of pocket by £8k.Also Set up Direct Debits without our knowledge.Then made up some fictitious amount of money we owed them to 'credit us' when we went to the ombudsman. They are complete crooks.Kirstie was helpful, Justin completely unprofessional and dishonest.

Very responsive customer service

We are really pleased we moved to Y-our Network Group. They are very hands on and responsive - so much better than our previous supplier. Will and Kirstie were great. Both replied very quickly to any questions I had throughout the process and Kirstie helped us get everything set up exactly as we wanted it. I like the fact we have access to the settings via their portal, so we can manage lots of things ourselves if we want to. The engineer Scott was thorough and helpful too. We would definintely recommend them.
