Comms on event prep and logistics was clear and thorough. Overall customer service support was very good.What set this experience apart were the amazing on-site Steve Furgal hospitality employees. We didn't run into a single employee that wasn't fully focused on making sure we were taken care off. Professional, engaging and truly customer experience focused - everyone of them.The VIP Lounge was excellent - great food, great drinks and attentive hospitality associates. The suite (211) was amazing - great views, never too crowded and staffed by a couple of fantastic folks (thanks Michele and Annika).Overall, a great weekend of tennis enhanced by the Steve Furgal team's attention to detail and customer experience.
