Can't say enough about our recent experience with Steve Furgal Tennis Tours at the PNB Parabis Open in Indian Wells.Engagement and comms from the outset of our purchase was exceptional. Comms on event prep and logistics was clear and thorough. Overall customer service support was very good.What set this experience apart were the amazing on-site Steve Furgal hospitality employees. We didn't run into a single employee that wasn't fully focused on making sure we were taken care off. Professional, engaging and truly customer experience focused - everyone of them.The VIP Lounge was excellent - great food, great drinks and attentive hospitality associates. The suite (211) was amazing - great views, never too crowded and staffed by a couple of fantastic folks (thanks Michele and Annika).Overall, a great weekend of tennis enhanced by the Steve Furgal team's attention to detail and customer experience.

OnLocation caters to corporate clients. They collect your info and deceptively tell you that you will be notified when NFL draft packages are available. They do not disclose that you may never be notified and that by the time you discover they are available, they have been sold to private corporate interests or companies( And I still have not received an email as promised) Unless you are a company or own a company, they have zero intention of contacting you after they have collected e-mail, favorite team etc.
We worked with On Location for lodging and tickets for the Milano Cortina 2026 Olympics. I was wary based on reviews I read beforehand, but had a great experience with the team. We were able to get a beautiful hotel room in the small ski town of Livingo, and the ticket and hospitality experiences were all great.
Totally inflexible and pretend packages are transferable, but they really aren't. No exchanges even when tickets are still available for other events. The worst side of ticket selling. Hide behind policy that is hidden somewhere. Wrong. You claimed Olympic packages were transferable and upgradeable via emails. You just won’t do it. You are hiding behind fine print while marketing something else.
