I think OnLocation possesses all the right "ins" as well as the experience and technical know-how to make these sorts of things go without a hitch. However, they are dangerously lackadaisical, slow to respond and/or even unresponsive altogether when issues and time-sensitive glitches need attention. post OnLocation’s response: wow; THAT response really helps put my mind at ease - not. your apathetic reply amplifies your initial apathy when you horsed me around back in January when i had issues you guys chose to ignore. you offered no assistance, no solution(s), no compensation, not even apologies. sit up and listen to your Customers or you will continue to lose them.
