I missed a scheduled event which I had paid for in my package because the hotel failed to give me a scheduled wake up call. The hotel agreed to compensate me for this. On Location made my hotel reservation through Expedia, and so the claim for the refund had to go through On Location. Your service representative kept telling me that he was working on the issue until I finally gave up calling. At worst, he didn't try at all. At best, he dropped the ball. In any case, I was never reimbursed the $200 the hotel offered to reimburse me.Also, I got lost in returning to my hotel several times during the last draft as several streets were blockaded. On location should make additional efforts to help people who get in this situation.
