The price I paid for my seats seemed to be inconsistent with what the package was suppose to offer. The information I received months in advance stated that for the price I paid, I should have had 100-200 level seating but what I got was 600 level seating. Also, the interactive map does not give an accurate view of what the seating is like, at all. When I look at the interactive map, it seems as if I would have a much better view of the field, when in actuality it's much worse. This informed my decision to purchase at the price I did. Additionally, the space of the seating was very cramped. I was uncomfortable the entire time. I feel like the seating and the package was not representative of what I should have been provided. I could have gotten the same level seats on game-day for $3-$4000 cheaper. I would never have paid $8500 for seats when I could have paid $2500-$3000 and saw the action from the same space. My first Super Bowl and I was totally disappointed.
