After seeing their awful reviews and realizing the long delivery time, I reached out to request a refund before it was produced. They claimed it was already in production. After much back and forth, I managed to get a refund through a payment protection service. I shared this experience and received an unhelpful response. It shouldn't take 48 days to print one small miniature. I canceled my order the next day, and they assured me of a 2-week delivery, which was false. I should have discarded it. Learn to treat customers well; otherwise, you'll only receive negative feedback. I returned the product, even though I didn't have to. Customer beware! Do not engage with this company.
