Disappointing Experience with Poor Quality Miniatures

After enduring months of delays, I received a shipment worth 250€ filled with poorly cleaned miniatures, some of which were warped. The support team informed me that refunds were not available, only a replacement shipment. That replacement arrived weeks later and had the same issues. This platform is undoubtedly one of the worst for purchasing miniatures, and I'm highly skeptical about the legality of their no-refund policy.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Seriously

I've encountered numerous miniatures throughout my time, even some made by hobbyists with 3D printers. However, the ones delivered to me were of such poor quality that they didn't even compare. I received two right arms for the same model, there were sprues everywhere, and the resin was tacky and uneven. When I contacted customer support to request a refund, I was offered a replacement, despite my concerns about the additional customs fees I had already paid. I was assured there would be no extra costs. Then I waited... The new parcel arrived, and I was informed I would indeed have to pay extra for the reprint. They offered a gift card for the customs fees, but what good is that after such a terrible experience? At this point, I might as well buy a printer myself; even with no experience, I could likely do a better job. Please, people, do not purchase from them. Support your local hobbyist with a 3D printer instead. Just run away <3

Extremely disappointed with the service

I waited three months for my shipment, and the print quality was very poor. Several pieces were bent, missing, or broken. The support team was unhelpful, refusing to issue a refund and only suggesting another shipment of the same low quality, which would incur additional import taxes.

Not only did I wait 3 months for my order, but the print quality was shockingly poor, with pieces bent, missing, or broken. Customer support was dreadful, providing no refund options and only suggesting another shipment of the same low-quality items, which would incur additional import taxes.

48 days for a package I tried to cancel...

It took 48 days to receive a package I attempted to cancel on the same day of ordering. After seeing their awful reviews and realizing the long delivery time, I reached out to request a refund before it was produced. They claimed it was already in production. After much back and forth, I managed to get a refund through a payment protection service. I shared this experience and received an unhelpful response. It shouldn't take 48 days to print one small miniature. I canceled my order the next day, and they assured me of a 2-week delivery, which was false. I should have discarded it. Learn to treat customers well; otherwise, you'll only receive negative feedback. I returned the product, even though I didn't have to. Customer beware! Do not engage with this company.

My first Kickstarter experience

Despite the challenges of running a Kickstarter and fulfilling orders, I received prompt responses to my inquiries, often within 24 hours, and sometimes within 20 minutes. The product I got exceeded the campaign imagery in many aspects, particularly in detail. Most models required minimal work outside of painting and attaching to bases, which is typical for resin models and easy to manage. I'm thrilled with the product and the team.

Not the best experience, but help was there...

My experience with the service wasn't great, as it took almost a year to receive my order, and several models I paid for were missing. Fortunately, a fantastic customer service representative stepped in, listened to my concerns, and quickly sent me replacements. This representative deserves recognition for turning around a poor experience single-handedly.
