Ordered a miniature, around 15cm high I guess, it came to me loose in the packaging, not in any box, container, padded or anything, just loose in the package which would obviously be thrown around by the postal service because thats what they do, the mini has 6 hands and due to this "unconventional" packaging the 6 hands lost a total of 14 fingers with 1 hand being torn off by the time the model came to me, also the entire lower half of the model has ''detached'' from the upper half, yey. Additionally the model is bent as hell so now glueing it back is a hellish experience (cannot use the hot water trick to unbend it because the elements are really thick). The model was supposed to arrive as a, well, a model, a single thing, in total it arrived in 17 parts. My review on their website was deleted for apparently no reason other then being a negative one.My previous experiences were relatively positive but seeing that they removed my review and every single thing i ordered from them before has been (just like this one) late, I highly recommend not buying from them, its a shame because they have some good models on offer but if those models arrive wrecked there is no point in buying from them.
