As I got a bit scared when reading all the bad reviews while waiting for my order, I thought I'd add one positive to the bunch as usually the satisfied customers don't bother with writing reviews. I placed my order thinking that it would arrive in 10 working days, when it actually states that it takes 10 working days to manufacture the product. After 8 days I made a complaint through the contact form on their page, to which they promptly answered the next business day. A day later my order was dispatched with a tracking number and I got the product a week later (ordered to another country). The product is awesome and I have zero complaints about the quality. I will be purchasing again from these guys.The only pointer I'd like to give to the people at only-games.co is to fix the "contact us" link on your order confirmation page. The fact that the faulty email address there bounces all emails back to the customer makes it really feel like a scam. This also made me worry about my purchase and brought me here to read all the Trustpilot reviews. Would be five stars without the hassle of trying to find the right avenue for contact.
