The initial dispatch email contained a tracking link that led to a page without any tracking information. Fortunately, I managed to find the details in my account. However, my order was with the courier for a week without any tracking updates, and I received no helpful responses. The 'live chat' feature was an AI bot that promised to connect me with an agent, but after waiting an hour, no one came. I also submitted a support form, only to receive a generic AI reply stating that my query was about shipping, which didn't help at all. Overall, it was a frustrating customer service experience for a coat that took two weeks to arrive.
