They do not have good values. They will do everything they can to prevent you from closing your account. I asked several times to close my account, but whenever I try to do it, I have to wait 24 hours. On top of that, it is possible to remove the limits we set on our account at any time.

They have no moral values and will do everything they can to keep you playing as long as possible. I won $3,000 and had to go through multiple verification processes, which took about a week (even though my account had already been verified). They are quick to take your money, but when you win, they will delay the process as much as possible, hoping you give up.

Additionally, their bonus system is ridiculous. You have to wager 40 times the bonus amount before it becomes real money.

When I tried to close my account, I spoke to a representative who was rude and condescending.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

Avoid at all costs!

I won a significant amount and had to go through the usual verification process. Although my account was marked as verified, I couldn't withdraw because they needed to investigate my gaming activity as if I were a hacker. It took four days for them to verify me, but my withdrawal limits were drastically reduced. Their terms state they can do whatever they want, whenever they want, leaving you powerless. I managed to withdraw just over $5000 in three days but was told to wait another six days for more. Given the limits, it would take two months to withdraw $35k. I wanted to withdraw everything to avoid temptation, but they delay everything and lower limits in hopes you'll lose it all before cashing out. If you want to win big but struggle to withdraw, this is the place for you. Worst gaming experience ever!
