Refund Issue Remains Unresolved

I still have not received my refund. I was informed that if I deleted my negative comment due to a disappointing experience, my money would be returned. You took a significant amount from my card without prior consent, and I was assured that my funds would be refunded. However, after I complied, I was told that a refund was not possible. This is unacceptable. I still want my money back.

A disappointing experience with no refund
