I've played on shakebet for a while now, and initially i had no issues. But recently, I have been waiting for a withdrawal to process since Feb 25, and each time i reach out to see what the delay is, support is of no use telling me that it has already been escalated.

This casino is 100% scam. They are located in Costa Rica and have set up a fake casino website that looks a bit nice. I made a bet of £100 and then I won €300 after filling in the bonus terms. Then I made a withdrawal and it was in processing. After waiting 4 days they closed my account. I have reported this website. beware of that website
