Customer service quick to respond with my queries before purchase.However, very disappointed with the products. I had been using those from another company but felt I could get a bit more definition with my hair. Sadly this didn't happen and the other brand was much better. Other cons:Postage is very high. More so than similar companies.No free gift for new customers despite saying there would be.
