To be honest, I have not started using the product yet, but I had to come on here and leave a review regarding the ladies that run their small company and company at self. For starters, I think this company is going to be a good success. I see that because these ladies take such great care of their customers. I had a glitch in the website now I think to be honest it was the banking website but regardless it affected my order. Insured the bank should I have made a payment the company should I had not and I believe the company specifically because I did not click on final payment. The confirmation button at the bank, due to the fact that something seemed off with me the way it went through the system at the bank. Anyway are used to messaging system which is 24/7 by the way nobody does that anymore but these ladies do. Let me tell you something, it was really appreciated when it comes to banking. I told them what is happened I went over it in detail and because I’m a new customer the order was not familiar with them. So they took all my details and the painstakingly went through every electronic order every pending order etc. They must’ve contacted me about six or eight times regarding this situation. So very long story will make it short. I cancelled the pending. They knew that if it did bones through the system somehow at the last minute not to accept that one because it was a duplicate, and all is well. They were more worried about me about me, possibly thinking that they had taken the payment which I did not think that. They come across as very honest, very detail oriented and extremely helpful. I’ll tell you I don’t want it that much these days do you? I do plan on leaving another review once I have used my product , for some reason I think I’m gonna really like it, post later. If you thinking about ordering and you’re not sure about another Instagram scam well take it from me and I’m quite a suspicious person. I don’t trust people until they can earrn trust …… I am from America LOL. This is not a scam. These people are legitimate and upfront. Nobody pays me to see that I’m just a mum of five kids looking to control my curls LOL. By the way, they are even willing to talk to you about your Curls, if you are looking for some advice or help for the type of girls that you have.
