Three months ago, I ordered gladiator heels in size 40, which turned out to be way too big, resembling a size 41/42. The delivery took weeks, possibly over a month. I requested an exchange for size 39, which required sending a photo and barcode via email. I covered my own return costs and then waited another month for size 39, which was also too big. I immediately asked for size 38 and expressed regret over the situation. I was told the delivery guarantee had expired, and after that, communication ceased. Now I’m left with oversized heels that cost me $80 plus €15 in return shipping. Months of waiting for a product that doesn’t fit. Disappointing customer service and delivery; think carefully before ordering.
