Post scheduling is broken for TikTok.It will scramble the first few seconds, or it will cut my video to 19s and upload it like that, even tho they are longer than 1m, out of 7 videos, 4 were uploaded broken, and it's not a problem with my videos, because manual upload straight from tiktok works normal. Support completely ignores my messages. They were very agile and replying in minutes before I bought the lifetime plan, but now they are not responding to any of my messages and haven't helped me resolve my issue after several weeks. Do not buy, especially a lifetime plan. I wasted money, and they still didn't reply to my message about a refund after a week. Very bad platform and support, very scamy behaviour.
