We was appointed onp solicitors by our mortgage broker. They took to long to respond to emails. Over a week on some occasions. When they did respond they was asking for information which we sent . Then to be emailed by other members of staff asking for same information. They should have paid our mortgage off. But put the funds into our account. Now we are chasing our existing mortgage company to pay this off. They are asking for proof that we have the money in our account. And to wear the money has come from. Another week has passed. I will be calling thr mortgage company again today to try and get this paid. We paid for a service. From onp. Which we haven't fully received. Very frustrating to say the least. Hence the one star.
