It could be done in any structure or language I wanted, plus, they give very detailed feedback on every assessment that is submitted. Needless to say, it is one of the most significant feedback I've ever had.The interview preparation (after the assessment) was great. Strider aligned my expectations, listened to every tiny piece of my story and helped me with strategies to better present myself. At this step, my talent agent helped me look into my own story and see my strengths. It was a life-changing moment.
