On an initial Mock Interview, the recruiter made sure I was comfortable with sharing my career information, made very clear and objective questions and brought up a lot of thoughtful, constructive feedback.It was a truly one of the best recruiting experiences when I not only got to have the opportunity to showcase my achievements, but also learned a lot about the process and how could I do some improvements.

The questions were well-structured, relevant, and encouraged me to demonstrate both my technical and problem-solving skills. I also appreciated the balance between technical depth and open-ended discussion, as it felt like a real collaboration rather than a one-sided test.As constructive feedback, there were a few moments where I felt the pace was slightly fast, and taking a bit more time for clarification could have allowed for even deeper exploration of some answers. Additionally, providing a brief overview of the evaluation criteria at the beginning would help candidates align their responses more effectively.Overall, it was an excellent interview experience. The interviewer combined professionalism with a welcoming attitude, which made the process both insightful and motivating.
