Bad products and service.
Sizes are terribly wrong. Service is predatory as hell, they enforce this bullshit one month notice period, which mean that if I cancel today I will still have payment request coming in the next 2 months (Yes, this is dumb as hell). Also, if you don't pay they're not just going to drop it, they will keep requesting until they start threatening you to forcedly retrieve the credit.
I canceled the 8th of FEBRUARY, there is no valid reason for you to charge me on the 23rd to send me a product on the 17th of MARCH.
This is ridiculous, frustrating and stupid.
Customer service is just a bunch of bots dressed as human beings.
They don't respect customers' rights, time and money.
