I cancelled my subscription with On That Ass back in January and even emailed their support team requesting confirmation of cancellation. However, it is now March and I am still being billed every month.
When I checked my account again, somehow the socks membership was still marked as active — which makes absolutely no sense after I had already requested cancellation. This feels very misleading and frustrating as a customer.
The subscription system is confusing, cancellation is not handled properly, and customers continue to get charged despite taking the correct steps.
On top of that, I personally found their underwear uncomfortable and not worth the hassle at all.
Honestly, this has been one of the worst subscription experiences I’ve had in the UK. I would not recommend anyone to try this company unless you want difficulty cancelling and unexpected charges.
