I signed up for the free pair of socks and of course it automatically started the subscription and I had to pay the fee for the next month. On top of this, I didn’t even get the free socks and it’s been over a month since it was supposed to be delivered and the customer service chat isn’t even working.
Had no problem with the boxers received and they were pretty good quality. The customer service is severely lacking though
