Summary of Issues: Broken Promises: I was later informed via phone that parts were being ordered and work was starting on the preparation, indicating that the two-month timeline was still possible. Communication Breakdown & Cancellation: When I sought an update, I was informed that my original contact had left, and my emails were being ignored. Eventually, a manager responded, unilaterally canceling the sale, claiming the project was deemed "unviable" due to frame and fork issues. This contradicted the earlier assurance that work was beginning. Refusal to Provide Proof: I immediately asked for evidence of this alleged damage, which was not visible during my initial inspection. Six days later, I have yet to receive any response or proof. Deposit Still Held (Financial Issue): Despite the manager stating, "I will refund your deposit from the website," six days have gone by without the return of my £99.00 deposit. They have canceled the agreement and are holding my funds without justification or communication. The service has shown severe internal disorganization, a lack of honest communication, and unprofessionalism by retaining my money after terminating the sale. This represents a significant failure in customer service and financial management. I strongly recommend avoiding this service.
