Purchased 30£ of pay as you go credit cost me 35.67! This was for my elderly 85 year old mother in hospital. Was not added to her phone. Contacted on top up and told she has to dial a number from her phone use a 12 digit pin too- no chance. Asked them for a refund & they refused! BAD and EXPENSIVE SERVICE Did it again through VODAPHONE cost me only £30 and was immediately added to the handset !
