Shocking this company is still allowed to trade. Charged me for top up for giffgaff, did not receive a pin. Tried to ask for refund or pin and advised couldn't since the transaction was successful. If try register the minute you tap your provider takes you add a top up before allowing you to input any info

Total Scam. I bought a one off top-up in an emergency in January, had to ring them and ask for my voucher, as I had not received anything, when I tried to put it on the phone it said voucher was already used! fast forward one month and they email me a receipt for my purchase, another top-up! Tried to sign in to my 'account' and email was not recognised. Rang them up and they said I had subscribed......oh no I didn't! Now have an email to say my account is closed, let's see if my money is returned............

I topped up once through Lebara, I didn't know it was another company. It was a mistake,I didn't need extra and Lebara refunded me. I did not enter into anything, and as Lebara had refunded it I did not know that they would be taking money off me every month. I have blocked them from my bank . They claim I have vouchers on my Lebara account, there are none. I have tried to cancel it all and they refuse to do this. I will see where else I can warn people. Please don't use these people. My bank First Direct , said they have a lot of problems with these people. So be aware, they might try to take other amounts off you

I've given 1 as there's no 0.They pretend to be your supplier,get kids doing it "fraudulently" off their parents bank accounts as they're aiming at kids market. This company is a joke. They charge you 25% extra because they pretend to be your network supplier.

Beware of Unclear Subscription Practices

Like numerous others, my sibling purchased a one-time top-up, only to find themselves enrolled in a recurring monthly subscription. This is not clearly stated on the company's website, even in their FAQs! Businesses like this need to be more upfront about their practices. Although her subscription was eventually canceled, I'm sharing this to alert others!

Surprising Charges After Cancelling Auto Top-Up

I turned off the auto top-up option and just noticed today that four payments were taken without any email notification. It feels like my account is being charged without my agreement. I strongly recommend avoiding this service.
