Company is a fraud. I made the mistake of attempting to get business funding through them. They stated they had to do a short term, high interest loan with a third party before they could offer a lower interest 36 month loan for the same amount, paying off the short term after 4 payments. Contracts were signed for both loans. 36 month term was to begin 2/1/2023. Several attempts to contact Ontrack by phone, text and email have been ignored. They wont even answer their phones (except for the two times they did answer and pretended they could not hear me. In addition, after submitting emails to the listed customer help desk, I received an email that two contracts have been voided in DocuSign. The contracts are not there and this was done after the effective dates of the contracts. I have names, dates of conversations, text messages and email. This companies fraudulent business practices have created a financial hardship. Much of this falls on e but I trusted The Trustpilot and BBB ratings for this company.
