Review Time
We engaged On Track Funding on 3 March 2023. They signed us up with Everest Funding for a short term loan which would be replaced by an LOC from On Track effective 31 March. We met all our obligations but On Track suddenly went dark after taking a $5K fee which was supposed to be refundable. They are fraudsters and scammers and we have the emails and voice mails to prove it. DO NOT USE ON TRACK FUNDING. THEY SHOULD BE IN JAIL.
DO NOT TRUST THEM They are not clear in their deals. They also take out 4000 plus 2000 dollars on 40 thousand dollar loan plus 128 percent interest They never mention the 4000 till the last and they will slip the paperwork in as a an addendum and if you miss you are screwed They will tell you that if you do this deal that you will get abtter deal after the 5 payments are up. But the other deal only you sign it They will never sign it, but from what i saw on BBB this is just a story to rope you in and then screw you over. Please go read all the complaints about this company on BBB They are the worst company to deal with My worst nightmare is this company.Go To Fora financial people there are upfront No gimmicks
I would never recommend this company very dishonest. They pulled out of our account $2080. We were told it was a mistake and would get our money back and nothing. They are liars and bunch of crooks. They aren't a direct lender either they use 3rd party lenders. Never never use them they will screw you. As we got screwed.
We were promised a 2 loan deal, the first loan that needed to be paid for 8 weeks before the 2nd and larger loan could distribute. Several weeks before the 2nd loan was due to deposit we contacted the person we had been working with who did not respond to emails, text, or voicemail. Several numbers were tried and they were either not working or not available. We did receive one response via email from the guy saying he was "on vacation". If you are on vacation a reputable company would have a back-up listed in case your customers needed assistance. Of course we never received a response and did not get the 2nd loan. Before going through with the deal I spoke to several people and was PROMISED that we would get the second loan. I asked to get that in writing and they said there was no need since we had the contract. I wish I recorded that conversation because we were guaranteed verbally that we would receive the second loan. This company is extremely deceptive and would no recommend anyone moving forward with them. This has created a financial hardship as we made business decisions based on the promise that was made to us in February on getting this second loan. This has caused me a lot of stress and anxiety and the lack of care with this company is apparent.
