Ive been having problems with a lack of communication between Onward and there contractors so i calls customer service and im answered by a lady named Adele who cleared everything up for me answered every question i had and was basically just a joy to chat with I personally think this lady should be head of communications between Onward Homes and there Tennants as i was put at ease instantly i feel alot of her colleagues could learn alot from Adele just by listening to how she conducts herself !
